Joining a meeting
Open the private meeting link from your host, enter the passcode and your display name, then request entry. The host reviews your request. If an invitation has expired or the meeting has ended, ask the host for a new invitation. A room title is not a room code.
Camera, microphone and screen sharing
Check the permissions for Zynd Vizio in your device or browser settings. Close other apps using your camera or microphone, and select the intended audio output. On iPhone, confirm the system broadcast prompt to begin screen sharing.
Hosting and account access
Hosting is available to authorized staff using their existing work account. Contact your account administrator if you cannot sign in or need hosting access. Guests do not need a staff account.
Report a problem
Tell us which device and app version you use, the approximate time and what happened. A screenshot can help, but remove private meeting content first. Never send passwords, verification codes, room passcodes or access tokens.
